1. מי אחראי וכיצד פונים

החברה שפרטיה מופיעים להלן מפעילה את EditorLM ואחראית לעיבוד מידע החשבון והשירות המתואר כאן. החברה התאגדה במדינת מסצ׳וסטס, ארצות הברית.

מסירת מידע לצורך פתיחת חשבון היא לבחירתך ואינה חובה חוקית מצדך. ללא כתובת דואר מאומתת ונתוני האבטחה הנדרשים לא נוכל לפתוח חשבון או לספק שירותים המחייבים כניסה. בחירה שלא להעביר טקסט להטמעה מונעת את ההטמעה ואת החיפוש הסמנטי התלוי בה; אין בכך מחיקה של קובצי הפרויקט.

2. איזה מידע מעובד ולשם מה

מזהה מניעת הניסיון החוזר נוצר באמצעות מפתח סודי. הוא מצמצם את החשיפה הישירה של כתובת הדואר, אך אינו מידע אנונימי ואינו הוכחה שמדובר באדם יחיד. ספקי התשתית עשויים לעבד כתובות רשת מלאות גם כאשר מנגנון מסוים של EditorLM שומר מזהה מוגן בלבד.

3. קובצי הענן והעיבוד החיצוני

מקורות, טקסט מעובד, מסמכים ואינדקס החיפוש נשמרים בסביבת Azure האישית שלך. בסיס נתוני החשבון ושירות הכישורים אינם מאגר של מסמכי הפרויקט. אחסון בסביבה האישית אינו מבטיח שתוכן הדרוש לפעולה אינו מועבר לספקים המשתתפים בה.

לצורך הטמעה, קטעי טקסט נשלחים דרך שער EditorLM ל־OpenAI; גם שאילתת חיפוש סמנטי חדשה עשויה להישלח. התוצאות המספריות חוזרות לאינדקס בסביבה האישית. אישור השימוש הרלוונטי מאפשר תחזוקה אוטומטית כאשר מקורות מתווספים או משתנים.

כאשר נדרש OCR, תוכן העמודים הנדרשים לזיהוי נשלח ל־Azure Document Intelligence. תוצאת הזיהוי משמשת להכנת הטקסט בסביבה האישית. אין בכך הרשאה כללית לפרסום המקורות או לשליחתם לספקים שאינם דרושים לפעולה.

ספקי העיבוד מחילים את תנאיהם ומדיניות השמירה שלהם; אין כאן הבטחה לאפס שמירה אצל ספק חיצוני. כלי הסוכן שבחרת עשוי לשלוח טקסט ותמונות לספק שלו בהתאם להרשאותיך ולהגדרותיו. לפני עיבוד מידע של אחרים או מידע רגיש יש לוודא שיש לך סמכות מתאימה ולהתאים את ההרשאות ואת בחירת הכלים.

4. ספקים ומקבלי מידע

מדיניות Turnstile מתארת עיבוד של כתובת IP, נתוני דפדפן וחיבור ומקור האתר לצורך בדיקת תעבורה. Cloudflare מעבדת אותות גם לשיפור השירות בתפקיד עצמאי. אין מדובר רק בכפתור מקומי בדפדפן.

מידע עשוי להיות מעובד במדינות שונות, לרבות ארצות הברית ובאירופה, בהתאם לספק ולהגדרותיו. אין התחייבות שכל העיבוד נשאר בישראל או במדינה אחת. נוכל למסור מידע גם כשנדרש לפי דין או לצורך טיפול באירוע אבטחה או הגנה על זכויות, במידה הנחוצה ובהתאם לדין.

5. עוגיות ואחסון בדפדפן

האתר משתמש במנגנוני כניסה, עוגיות או אחסון בדפדפן לצורך שמירת מצב ההתחברות, הגנה מפני בקשות מזויפות ואבטחת ההרשמה. רכיבי ספקים, ובהם בדיקת האדם, עשויים לעבד מידע בעת טעינתם. חסימת מנגנונים הכרחיים עשויה למנוע כניסה או הרשמה. אפשר לנהל את האחסון באמצעות הדפדפן; מחיקתו אינה מחיקת החשבון.

6. תקופות שמירה וסגירת חשבון

קובצי סביבת הניסיון נשמרים בנפרד מרשומות החשבון. לאחר 48 שעות רצופות של כיבוי ושחרור משאבי מחשוב מאומתים, המכונה ודיסק המערכת נמחקים והדיסק האישי נשמר לשחזור על מכונה חדשה. דיסק המערכת אינו נשמר כגיבוי.

לניסיון שלא הומר למנוי ולא קיבל רישיון חינם, נתוני הפרויקט בדיסק האישי מיועדים למחיקה אחרי 90 יום מסיום הניסיון, בהתראות 30 ו־7 ימים לפני המחיקה. סביבת ניסיון ריקה, שלא נוצר בה פרויקט ולא הועלה מקור, מיועדת למחיקה לאחר 7 ימים מסיום הניסיון, בהתראה אחת. כלל מחיקת הניסיון אינו כלל מחיקה של סביבת מנוי או רישיון חינם. בקשות משפטיות והחזקות שימור נבחנות לפני מחיקה; מידע שחובה לשמר מוגן מפני מחיקה כל עוד ההחזקה תקפה.

מידע החשבון והשימוש נשמר במהלך פעילות החשבון לצורך השירות, בירור שימוש ואבטחה. סיום ניסיון אינו סוגר או מוחק את החשבון אוטומטית.

לאחר סגירת חשבון חינמי, רשומותיו נשמרות למשך שנה קלנדרית לפני שהן מיועדות למחיקה במסגרת נוהל המפעיל. מזהה מניעת הניסיון החוזר נשמר בנפרד למשך שנה ממועד הסגירה. המחיקה אינה בהכרח מיידית ביום פקיעת התקופה; היא מבוצעת בתהליכי התחזוקה. חובה משפטית, מחלוקת או אירוע שטרם הוכרע עשויים להצדיק שמירת מידע רלוונטי לזמן נוסף.

רישומי ניהול מיועדים לניקוי לאחר שנה; רישומי תקריות לאחר שנה מסיום הטיפול. אמצעי אימות והגבלת קצב קצרי חיים כפופים לתוקף שלהם; חיבור שנשמר בדפדפן יכול להישאר פעיל עד פקיעתו או ביטולו. רישומים הדרושים למניעת ביצוע כפול של פעולות עשויים להישמר כל עוד הצורך קיים.

עותקי גיבוי מוגבלים בגישה ומוחלפים או נמחקים לפי מחזור השמירה שלהם; בקשת מחיקה אינה מבטיחה מחיקה מיידית מכל גיבוי. תקופות השמירה אצל ספקים חיצוניים כפופות גם למדיניותם. קבצים מקומיים או עותקים ששמרת בשירות אחר נשארים בשליטתך.

7. אבטחה וזכויות

אנחנו משתמשים בבקרות גישה, אימות, הצפנה בתעבורה ובקרות למניעת שימוש לרעה. אין מערכת שמבטיחה חסינות מלאה. יש להגן גם על המחשב, הדואר, חשבונות הספקים והגיבויים שלך.

אפשר לפנות אלינו לעיון במידע האישי ולבקשת תיקון, וכן לבקש סגירת חשבון או מחיקה. נטפל בבקשה בהתאם לדין החל ולחריגים החלים עליה; ייתכן שנבקש מידע מינימלי לאימות זהותך. זכויות נוספות עשויות לחול בהתאם למקום מגוריך ולדין הרלוונטי. אין לשלוח צילום תעודה או חומר רגיש שלא התבקש. לפניות: gilad@markman.co.il.

אפשר לפנות אלינו בבקשה משפטית למסירת נתונים גם אם יתרת הקרדיטים אפס או שהגישה הרגילה לשירות פקעה. מנהל מורשה יטפל בבקשה לאחר אימות זהות ובעלות ובחינת היקף הבקשה לפי הדין החל. הטיפול במסלול זה אינו מותנה ברכישת מנוי או בטעינת קרדיטים, ואינו מקנה גישה רגילה לעורך. הנתונים שנקבעו למסירה יימסרו באופן מאובטח למבקש המאומת, תוך הגנה על מידע של אחרים ועל סודות אבטחה. נתעד את הטיפול ונשמור את המידע הדרוש לו בהתאם למדיניות השימור ולדין החל. אין בכך הבטחה לשחזור מידע שכבר נמחק כדין. לפנייה: gilad@markman.co.il.

8. שינויים

נפרסם עדכונים למדיניות עם תאריך וגרסה. על שינוי מהותי במטרות או באופן העיבוד נודיע בדרך מתאימה, ונבקש הסכמה חדשה ככל שנדרש. אין בהסכמה לתנאי שימוש הרשאה בלתי מוגבלת לכל שימוש עתידי במידע.

EditorLM Privacy Policy

1. Responsibility and contact

G.O. Markman Holdings LLC, a company organized in Massachusetts, United States, operates EditorLM and is responsible for the account and service data processing described here. Our address is 93 Goodell Street, Belchertown, MA 01007, USA. Contact gilad@markman.co.il for privacy inquiries, access, correction or deletion requests.

Providing information to open an account is voluntary, not a legal obligation on your part. Without a verified email address and necessary security information, we cannot open an account or provide authenticated services. Choosing not to transmit text for embedding prevents embedding and dependent semantic searches; it does not delete project files.

2. Information and purposes

The repeat-trial identifier uses a secret key to reduce direct exposure of your email address. It is not anonymous information or proof of a unique person. Infrastructure providers may process full network addresses even where an EditorLM control retains only a protected identifier.

3. Cloud files and external processing

Sources, processed text, documents and the search index reside in your personal Azure workspace. The account database and skill service are not repositories of project documents. Storage in your personal workspace does not mean content needed for an operation is never sent to the providers involved.

Embedding sends text excerpts through the EditorLM gateway to OpenAI; a new semantic-search query may also be transmitted. Numerical results return to the index in your personal workspace. Relevant usage consent enables automatic maintenance when sources are added or changed.

When OCR is needed, content from the pages requiring recognition is sent to Azure Document Intelligence. Recognition output is used to prepare text in your personal workspace. This is not general permission to publish your sources or send them to providers unnecessary for the operation.

Processing providers apply their own terms and retention policies; we do not promise zero retention by an external provider. Your selected agent tool may send text and images to its own provider according to your permissions and settings. Before processing sensitive information or information about others, ensure you have appropriate authority and configure tools and permissions accordingly.

4. Providers and recipients

The Turnstile policy describes processing of IP addresses, browser/connection signals and site origin for traffic checks. Cloudflare also processes signals independently to improve its service. This is not merely a local browser button.

Information may be processed in different countries, including the United States and Europe, depending on the provider and configuration. We do not promise processing exclusively in Israel or any single country. We may also disclose information where legally required or as necessary and lawful to address security incidents or protect rights.

5. Cookies and browser storage

The website uses sign-in mechanisms, cookies or browser storage to maintain login state, protect against forged requests and secure registration. Provider components, including human verification, may process information when loaded. Blocking essential mechanisms can prevent sign-in or registration. Browser controls let you manage storage; clearing it does not delete your account.

6. Retention and account closure

Trial workspace files are retained separately from account records. After 48 continuous hours of verified shutdown and release of compute resources, the VM and system disk are deleted and the personal disk is retained for restoration on a new machine. The system disk is not kept as a backup.

If a trial was not converted to a paid subscription or granted a free license, personal-disk project data is scheduled for deletion 90 days after trial expiry, with notices 30 and 7 days beforehand. An empty trial workspace, with no project created or source uploaded, is scheduled for deletion 7 days after trial expiry, with one notice. This trial deletion rule is not a deletion rule for paid or free-license workspaces. Legal requests and retention holds are considered before deletion; information subject to a valid hold is protected from deletion while the hold applies.

Account and usage data is kept while the account operates for service delivery, usage inquiries and security. Trial expiry does not automatically close or delete an account.

After a free account is closed, its records are retained for one calendar year before becoming due for deletion through the operator's procedure. A separate repeat-trial identifier is retained for one year from closure. Deletion is performed through maintenance processes and is not necessarily immediate on the expiry date. A legal obligation, dispute or unresolved incident may justify keeping relevant information longer.

Administrative logs become due for cleanup after one year; incident records after one year from resolution. Short-lived authentication and rate-limit records have their own expiry. A remembered browser session may remain active until expiry or revocation. Records needed to prevent duplicate operations may remain while that need persists.

Access-restricted backups are replaced or deleted according to their retention cycle; a deletion request does not guarantee immediate removal from every backup. External providers also apply their own retention policies. Local files and copies you keep with another service remain under your control.

7. Security and rights

We use access controls, authentication, encryption in transit and abuse-prevention controls. No system is completely immune from security risks. Protect your computer, email, provider accounts and backups too.

You may request access to and correction of personal information, account closure or deletion. Requests are handled under applicable law and its exceptions; we may request minimal information to verify your identity. Additional rights may apply depending on your residence and relevant law. Do not send identity-document copies or sensitive material unless requested. Contact gilad@markman.co.il.

You may contact us with a legal request for delivery of data even if your credit balance is zero or ordinary service access has expired. An authorized administrator will handle the request after verifying identity and ownership and assessing its scope under applicable law. This process does not require a subscription purchase or credit top-up and does not provide ordinary editor access. Data approved for delivery will be provided securely to the verified requester, with safeguards for other people's information and security secrets. We will record the handling of the request and retain the information needed for it under the retention policy and applicable law. This does not promise recovery of information already lawfully deleted. Contact gilad@markman.co.il.

8. Updates

Policy updates will carry a new date and version. We will give appropriate notice of material changes to processing purposes or practices and request renewed consent where required. Agreement to service terms is not unrestricted permission for future data use.
